Microsoft Lists is added to your Microsoft 365 software
Microsoft has added another new feature to their 365 accounts. If you pay for Microsoft every year, then you are using their yearly 365 subscription. You always receive the most up to date Office programs and lots of other perks – like free Cloud space. It is now adding another new feature – Microsoft Lists. If you like to stay organized – either personally or in your work environment, you will benefit from this app.
Lists is a tool to track issues, assets, routines, contacts, inventory and more using customizable views and smart rules and alerts to keep everyone in sync. It features deep integrations into Teams, SharePoint and other Microsoft products and has recently launched this summer, with mobile apps slated for later this year. Lists will feature many ready made templates for things from contacts and event itineraries to business travel and anything else in your life/work worth organizing. If you are utilizing Microsoft 365, I encourage you to read more about Lists. The link below offers some great additional information.

Stop Facebook from seeing your web activity
Last year Facebook offered a privacy feature. If you haven’t been using it, here is the information. It is called Off-Facebook Activity. It allows you to see and control data that apps and websites share with the platform and keep monitoring the kind of information third-party apps can access.
With this privacy feature, you can clear the history of apps and websites that have already shared your data. You can also turn off future Off-Facebook activity which tells Facebook to disconnect any information that the company has shared from your account. You can also selectively choose which companies you want to stop sharing your activity with and it will stop showing you the targeted ads.
