DropBox and Beyond
DropBox (https://www.dropbox.com/) is a free program that gives you 2.75 GB of cloud space in which you can store files (it works as an off site backup) or to use the space to make files available to you on other devices or locations. DropBox sets the standard for many other tools of a similar nature, but there are other programs available to enhance the capabilities. For example, sign up for a free account at DropItToMe (http://dropitto.me/). This allows people to upload files/content to your DropBox account. You just allow the service access to your DropBox, and it creates a DropItToMe folder in your account.
Another option is SendToDropBox (https://sendtodropbox.com/). You connect it to your DropBox account and it creates an email address for you. The address could be difficult to remember, but paying $29 a year allows you to customize the email address. Attaching files to this email address sends the files directly to your DropBox account in a special folder. This is also a great way of having others send files to you when you want them stored in your DropBox folder.
