Do you hate to feel like you are being followed online? Of course you do. You can hide your browsing from Facebook. Here are a couple of ways to hide it:
On your computer: Install the Firefox web browser and download the Facebook Container, which is an add-on that isolates your browsing activities from Facebook.
• On your phone: Delete the Facebook mobile app and only use Facebook.com via the mobile browser. Install a tracker blocker, like Disconnect.me, and activate the blocking. Alternatively, you can install a private web-browsing app like Firefox Focus, which blocks trackers by default, and only use this browser when loading Facebook.com.
Tip of the month
Send scheduled email in Gmail
Do you pay much attention to the icons on the bottom of a new email
when using Gmail in a browser?
Most likely if you wanted to attach a file you would know to look for the paper clip,
or the smiley face if you wanted to insert an emoji. Did you notice the $ at the end?
The text says you can send or receive money with that!
One new feature, however, is that if you use that triangle next to the Send button,
you can schedule your email to go out at a later time.
Click the triangle and choose “Schedule Send”
A menu appears that lets you choose the date and time you want
Select the time and click “Schedule Send”. You can hit undo.
It can be cancelled if you change your mind as long
as it is before the scheduled time.
